SMASH BURGER TINY TACOS

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef
- 1/2 au jus seasoning packet
- 6 snack size corn tortillas
- for misting avocado oil
- 6 TBS shredded cheese
- optional caramelized onion
Burger Sauce:
- 1-2 TBS light mayo
- 1 TBS ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
- to thin pickle juice
Instructions

Cook meat in a skillet until browned.

Sprinkle with a little bit of an au jus seasoning packet and a splash of water.

Lay tortillas flat on a baking sheet, lightly mist both sides with oil (not too much or they’ll be soggy) bake 425 for 4-5 minutes.

Flip and add a sprinkle of cheese to each, followed by meat mixture (divide evenly amongst tacos) and a drizzle of burger sauce.

Fold/smash tacos, secure with toothpick if needed. Bake again 425 for 4-5 minutes or until crisp.

Serve with sides of choice, I like air fried fries and a green veggie.
