Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean beef
  • 1/2 au jus seasoning packet
  • 6 snack size corn tortillas
  • for misting avocado oil
  • 6 TBS shredded cheese
  • optional caramelized onion

Burger Sauce:

  • 1-2 TBS light mayo
  • 1 TBS ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
  • to thin pickle juice

Instructions

    Cook meat in a skillet until browned.

    Sprinkle with a little bit of an au jus seasoning packet and a splash of water.

    Lay tortillas flat on a baking sheet, lightly mist both sides with oil (not too much or they’ll be soggy) bake 425 for 4-5 minutes.

    Flip and add a sprinkle of cheese to each, followed by meat mixture (divide evenly amongst tacos) and a drizzle of burger sauce.
