Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup hashbrowns (diced (I get the kind with peppers/onions mixed in))
  • 1/4 cup egg whites (or egg beaters)
  • steak meat (sliced (Steak-umms are so easy and 100% beef, I use 2 “sheets”))
  • onion (optional to saute with steak meat)
  • 1 TBS chipotle sauce
  • 1 TBS shredded cheese

Instructions

    Prepare hashbrowns according to package directions (I air fry on 400 for about 10 min, shake 10-15 more min or until crisp)

    prepare meat of choice according to package directions, I just saute 2 “sheets” of the steak with some sliced onion until browned. You can add seasonings and a splash of soy sauce here for flavor if you prefer.

    scramble eggs, salt and pepper

    Assemble bowl/tupperware in this order: -3/4 cup hashbrowns -scrambled egg -sliced steak/onion -drizzle of chipotle sauce -shredded cheese
