Strawberry cheesecake fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 container cool whip (light (8oz))
  • 1 box cheesecake Jello mix ((3 oz) sugar free if preferred)
  • 2 single serve containers strawberry yogurt ((I use yoplait but you can use Greek for more protein if preferred))
  • to taste strawberries ((I usually add 1-2 cups))
  • pineapple (optional diced chunks)
  • pecans (chopped)
  • graham crackers (crushed)
  • granola
  • coconut (shredded)
  • nuts (chopped)

      Mix cool whip and cheesecake jello mix together until smooth, fold in yogurt.

      Slice strawberries (and pineapple or other fruit of choice), fold into mixture.

      Add chopped pecans for crunch or wait and add them on top! Serve with toppings of choice, I like crushed graham crackers on mine :)
