STRAWBERRY CRUNCH BARK

- 18-24 slices sliced strawberries
- 1 single serve strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Strawberry Crunch:
- 5-7 golden oreo thins (crushed)
- 2 tsp strawberry jello mix
- 1 tsp water

On a baking sheet or flat pan, add sliced strawberries in a rectangular shape so that all berries are touching each other.

Spread strawberry yogurt on top of berries in an even layer.

Melt white chocolate chips and spread over yogurt (or drizzle to save cals).

Tip for melting chocolate: add chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, STIR, microwave 30 more seconds, STIR AGAIN, and microwave another 30 seconds if needed (stir after each time even if you think you don’t need to). Don’t overheat or you will scorch your chocolate!

Mix together strawberry crunch ingredients and sprinkle on top, drizzle with any remaining white chocolate then freeze until set.

Break or cut into small pieces and store in freezer for a quick sweet treat!
