  • 4 jumbo shells (cooked)

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 TBS parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp italian
  • 1/2 tsp garlic

Instructions

    Brown ground turkey sausage or lean beef in a skillet until brown, season with seasonings of choice then mix with marinara sauce
