- 1 package coconut jasmine ready rice
- 1 steamer pack cauli rice
- pineapple rings
- 2 cups slaw/shredded cabbage
- lime (squeeze of)
- 1-2 TBS honey (drizzle of)
- 2-3 TBS pineapple juice (splash of)
- 1-2 TBS soy sauce
- diced mango or pineapple
- shredded coconut (optional)
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper flakes

Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until pork is 165F or shreds apart easily. Shred pork into small pieces and return to sauce.

Cook rice and cauli rice according to package directions and mix.

Assemble 4 bowls/tupperware in this order: divide rice mixture evenly, 1/2 cup pulled pork mixture, adding some of the sauce on top, tropical slaw, seared pineapple ring.
