  • 1 package coconut jasmine ready rice
  • 1 steamer pack cauli rice
  • pineapple rings
  • 2 cups slaw/shredded cabbage
  • lime (squeeze of)
  • 1-2 TBS honey (drizzle of)
  • 2-3 TBS pineapple juice (splash of)
  • 1-2 TBS soy sauce
  • diced mango or pineapple
  • shredded coconut (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red pepper flakes

      Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until pork is 165F or shreds apart easily. Shred pork into small pieces and return to sauce.
