TOASTER SAMMIES

- 4 low cal buns (of choice (I like Healthy Life brand))
- 4 eggs (scrambled or over easy)
- 4 slices american cheese
- 4 turkey sausage patties
- chipotle sauce (any kind)

Lay buns 'face up' on a baking sheet to toast them (toaster, skillet, or oven 400F for 5-ish minutes) until lightly browned

Flip your bottom buns so that they’re 'face down' now (opposite of how you’d usually use a bun)

If making an over easy egg, I like to crack an egg into a skillet (sprayed with nonstick spray) on medium heat, let it sit until bottom is set then gently flip and cook other side until set, this doesn’t take long. Add to bun.

Add turkey sausage patty, cheese, and a drizzle of chipotle sauce, replace top bun 'face up' (again, opposite of how you’d normally use a bun)

Wrap (I wrap in a paper towel, then foil so that I can easily unwrap and heat up in paper towel when I’m ready).

Store in fridge for about 5-6 days or freeze to keep longer. I reheat in microwave!
