- 1 cup skim ricotta
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese ((I use italian blend))
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- alfredo (1 jar)
- approx 1/2 cup more cheese for topping ((I use mozzarella))
