Pe ee a ee ee) GARLIC PARM PASTA BOWL ve in ingredients: * 1/2 cup cooked tortellini * 2 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins * 1 tsp minced garlic, parsley * Handful of spinach ¢ Optional: caramelized onion, to taste ¢ 1TBS Parmesan * 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce of choice ¢ Optional: crushed croutons for topping *recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* SNMAD WA: Calories: 342 Fat: 12g Protein: 31g (approximate) Prepare chicken | like to season with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and a little garlic powder, then air fry at 400F for 5 minutes per side. Let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing. Brush with minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley after cooking Cook tortellini according to package instructions and prepare any optional caramelized onions. Add all ingredients to a bowl or meal prep container. Drizzle alfredo over the ingredients and sprinkle with parmesan, toss until everything is coated and combined.
