GARLIC PARM
PASTA BOWL

ingredients:
* 1/2 cup cooked tortellini
* 2 boneless, skinless chicken
tenderloins
* 1 tsp minced garlic, parsley
* Handful of spinach
Ā¢ Optional: caramelized onion, to taste
Ā¢ 1TBS Parmesan
* 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce of choice
Ā¢ Optional: crushed croutons for
topping
*recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4
at a time) if following suggested servings,
modify amounts to fit your needs*

Prepare chicken | like to season with
salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and a
little garlic powder, then air fry at 400F
for 5 minutes per side. Let rest for a
couple of minutes before slicing.
Brush with minced garlic, Parmesan,
and parsley after cooking
Cook tortellini according to package
instructions and prepare any optional
caramelized onions.
Add all ingredients to a bowl or meal
prep container. Drizzle alfredo over
the ingredients and sprinkle with
parmesan, toss until everything is
coated and combined.
When ready to eat, sprinkle with
crushed croutons (if using) and
enjoy!
