GARLIC PARM
CASSEROLE

ingredients:
¢ 2russet potatoes
* 2-3 cups cooked, diced chicken (see
directions) eo a
. green veggie to taste (broccoli or Vf directions: % fg
zucchini is great here)
* garlic parmesan seasoning For the chicken you can use the
meat from | rotisserie chicken here,
or prepare your own by air
* 2TBS parmesan garlic sauce frying/baking/sautéing, then dice
into small bite sized chunks
* 1/2 jar alfredo sauce
* 1/2 cup greek yogurt
Dice potato into bite sized cubes,
then mist with oil and seasoning
with salt, pepper, garlic, and
paprika. Air fry 400 for 10 minutes,
shake, 5-10 more minutes til done
¢ 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Mix ingredients (except shredded
cheese) to a large bowl then spread
into an 8x8 casserole dish. Sprinkle
with shredded cheese
