PASTA BAKE

ingredients:
2 cups cooked protein pasta
green veggie of choice (I like zucchini
or spinach here)
1/2 jar alfredo sauce
1/2 cup blended cottage cheese (or
skim ricotta)
1/4 tsp garlic, italian, sprinkle of
parmesan
Prepare pasta and green veggie of
choice according to package
directions, mix together with 1/2 jar
alfredo sauce then spread into an
8x8 casserole dish
Ā¢ 1 lb. lean turkey italian sausage or
peel Add your layer of cottage cheese or
ricotta, sprinkle with seasonings
listed
Ā¢ 1/2 jar marinara
Ā¢ 1/2 cup skim mozzarella
Top with cooked italian turkey
sausage or lean beef
Add marinara and sprinkle with
cheese
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes
Yield/servings: 6-8
