Wakanla Thole,
ingredients:
* 2 Joseph Lavash Bread wraps
Filling:
* 2-3 cups chopped chicken (I
usually just shred up a rotisserie
chicken for these)
* 1/2 cup shredded italian cheese
ยข lcup blended cottage cheese or
ricotta
Cook/dice chicken (or shred rotisserie
+ 1/2 tsp gatlic, italian, seasoning chicken)
salt, pepper . .
* handful chopped spinach Mix together chicken, shredded cheese,
cottage cheese, spinach, and seasonings
Sauce:
* jar alfredo Spread half of this filling onto 1 Lavish
. in cup parmesan bread (just cover half of the wrap), then
* 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes roll into log shape
* spinach to taste
+ 1/2 tsp italian, paprika, garlic, Repeat with the other half of the filling
pepper and another Lavash bread. Then slice
each log into 3 even pieces
* More cheese for topping (approx
1/2 cup, | use mozzarella) In a skillet, add alfredo sauce, parmesan,
sundried tomatoes, spinach, and
seasonings. Simmer/stir until bubbly and
SIMOQOVWA: spinach is cooked down.
Lay each section (should have 6
macros (per serving) sections) into a 9x13 baking dish and
cover with sauce and more cheese if
preferred
Bake on 375 for 20-25 minutes, | like to
serve mine with an italian side salad :)
