ingredients:
*recipe is for 1 bowl, (if making as a
family meal, multiply ingredients by 4)*
* 1/2 cup cooked rice of choice
* 1/2 cup cooked cauliflower rice
* 1/2. cup cooked lean beef (3-4 oz)
¢ finely diced veggies like green
pepper, onion, mushroom
¢ ]-2 tsp au jus seasoning packet
SAUCE:
¢ 2TBS light mayo or greek yogurt
* 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
* splash of hot sauce or siracha
¢ optional french fried onion

Prepare rice and cauliflower rice of
choice, then mix together
Prepare lean beef and sauteed
veggies by browning in a skillet until
veggies are soft and meat is done,
sprinkle a little bit of au jus
seasoning mixture over meat along
with a splash of water and toss to
combine
Stir in rice then serve with a drizzle of
sauce and sprinkle of french fried
onions for crunch
