PIZZA SMASH
TACOS
ingredients:
¢ 1 lb lean beef or lean italian turkey
sausage
* 8 snack sized low cal tortillas (I like La
Banderita brand)
* 8slices thin sliced provolone or
mozzarella
Divide lean beef or italian sausage
into 8 even sized balls
¢ turkey pepperonis or other pizza
toppings of choice
Lay each ball onto a tortilla and press
* marinara for dipping flat using hand or a small plate,
distributing meat evenly over the
entire surface of each tortilla
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, italian
In a skillet on medium high heat, mist
with oil, and lay the tortilla meat side
down. Let this side sit and cook until
meat is completely cooked and
brown. Then, flip and brown the other
side until tortilla is golden brown
- Yield/serving 28 — Add slice of cheese and turkey
