CHEESE STICKS
ingredients:
1/3 cup SELF-RISING flour
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (or
blended cottage cheese)
1 tsp italian seasoning + garlic
3-4 TBS skim mozzarella

In a small bowl mix together flour,
greek yogurt, and seasonings until a
dough forms. If your dough seems
too dry, you can add a bit more
greek yogurt until the dough is
“spreadable”
Spread this into the bottom of a
small glass meal prep container (or
any small baking dish is fine)
Top with cheese and other toppings
of choice
Bake on 400F (bottom rack) for 15-18
minutes or until dough is cooked
through
These are great to serve with chicken,
italian salad, or other protein of
choice!
