* splash of pickle juice (or vinegar)

* optional TBS sugar or sweetener

Finely dice all vegetables and add to
a bowl or tupperware container
Add a generous splash of pickle
juice (and a splash of water if you
don't want yours to be as tangy)
along with salt, pepper, and optional
sugar for a touch of sweetness

of sandwiches, salads, wraps!
