me these are so good and flavorful!
* Fresh spinach or other greens
mixture of choice (kale, cabbage,
etc)
e 1/2 TBS butter
* 1tsp minced garlic
* 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
* salt, pepper
* 1TBS brown sugar (or swerve)
* splash of soy sauce
* 1/4 cup broth or water

In a skillet, melt 1/2 TBS butter on
medium heat.
Stir in minced garlic, seasonings,
and broth sugar, saute until fragrant
then add splash of soy sauce and
broth or water.
Simmer for a couple minutes and
then add fresh spinach/greens,
saute until wilted
Before serving, give a big squeeze of
lemon, toss, and enjoy!
This is great as a side, or add it to
your favorite meal prep bowl.
