2 Wakayta Thorlas ingredients: 2-3 large carrots optional thinly sliced red onion 2 TBS peanut butter 3 TBS soy sauce 1 TBS sesame oil 1/4 cup vinegar 1 TBS minced garlic 1 TBS sugar red pepper flakes (I do 1-2 tsp) SINAC WA: (approximate) Sy Rocco a directions: B, ATP PP PPAR Using a vegetable peeler, hold carrot and glide peeler down the base of your carrot Similar to peeling the carrot like you normally would, but keep going! Instead of stopping after the outer skin is gone, keep peeling down the length of the carrot to create thin, ribbon-like strips. Rotate the carrot every few strokes to keep it even, and stop when it gets too small to hold safely. Combine all sauces and seasonings listed in a bowl or large jar, stir, then add in your carrot ribbons and red onion. Stir/shake well until combined. This is great as a snack, stir fry topper, or side dish! tid GO HOME
