2 ingredients: 2 TBS light cream cheese 1 TBS greek yogurt 1/4 tsp ranch seasoning 2 TBS bacon bits 3 TBS shredded cheese dippers of choice (sliced peppers, wheat thins, triscuits, carrots, etc) 4 directions: / : LP PPP In a small bowl, mash together cream cheese, greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. It should be thick enough that you can form it into a ball On a piece of plastic wrap, sprinkle bacon bits and cheese then add your ball on top, rolling around to cover it in the bacon and cheese mixture Wrap it up in the plastic wrap and refrigerate it for a couple hours if you want it to be a solid ball, or enjoy it immediately if you like it softer! | like to pair with sliced veggies and something crunchy like wheat thins or crackers! This also makes a great centerpiece on a mini charcuterie board.
