PIZZA
UNCRUSTABLES
ingredients:
¢ 2slices low calorie bread
¢ 2TBS skim mozzarella (or a thin
slice of cheese)
¢ 1TBS pizza sauce
¢ 3 turkey pepperonis
¢ 1tsp melted butter mixed with a
dash of garlic/italian

Stack 2 pieces of bread on top of
each other and use a circle glass or
cookie cutter to press through bread,
you should be left with 2 round circles
of bread
Layer 1 circle with marinara,
mozzarella, and turkey pepperonis,
then place second circle on top.
Pinch the edges with fingers to seal
or crimp with the end of a fork.
Lightly brush with a tiny bit of garlic
butter then air fry 380 for 5-6
minutes until toasted and melty
Dip in additional pizza sauce if you
prefer
