1-4 cup pb2 powder
2 TBS Greek yogurt
1 TBS sweetener of choice
16 mini pretzels (square
shaped works best)
Optional melted chocolate
for topping, you can drizzle
instead of layering to save
cals!

In a small bowl, stir together pb2, greek
yogurt, and sweeterner of choice until a
thick dough forms.
Lay out 4 pretzel squares in a straight row
as the base of your bar, lay out another 4
squares for your second bar
Form dough into 2 rectangular log
shapes (like a candy bar), lay each log
on top of pretzel row. Cover each bar
with another row of pretzels.
Cover or drizzle with melted chocolate
Tip for melting chocolate: add chocolate
chips to a microwave safe bowl and
microwave for 30 seconds, STIR,
microwave 30 more seconds, STIR AGAIN,
and microwave another 30 seconds if
needed (stir after each time even if you
think you don’t need to). Don’t overheat
or you will scorch your chocolate!
Let these cool then cut in half to make 4
mini bars
