SEEESEEEEESSESEEESESSEEEESSEESS : S BREAKFAST PIZZA BOWLS ingredients: * 1/3 cup greek yogurt + 1/4 cup self rising flour * 1/2 tsp garlic * crumbled turkey sausage (| use 2 butterball turkey sausage patties) * sausage gravy mix (I make about 1/2 a package according to package directions) * 3 TBS skim mozzarella “recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* isin co AAGell ' Yie a/ sy BEI 315 Fat: 10 Protein: 25 Lc Carbs: 29 (approximate) In a small bowl mix together greek yogurt, flour, and garlic until a dough forms. If your dough seems too dry, you can add a bit more greek yogurt until the dough is “spreadable” spread this into a greased glass tupperware or small baking dish prepare gravy mix with water or skim milk according to package directions, spread 2- 3 TBS on top of dough as your sauce cook turkey sausage patties according to package directions, then crumble and add to bowl. Top with shredded cheese or other toppings of choice bake on bottom rack of oven, 400F for 20 minutes or until done store in fridge for about 5 days or freeze to keep longer. | reheat in microwave! 16 GO HOME
