4 eggs, scrambled or over easy
4 slices american cheese ; rn
Lay buns âface upâ on a baking sheet to
toast them (toaster, skillet, or oven 400F
for 5-ish minutes) until lightly browned
4 turkey sausage patties or
turkey bacon
flip your bottom buns so that theyâre âface
downâ now (opposite of how you'd usually
use a bun)
chipotle sauce, any kind
If making an over easy egg, | like to crack
an egg into a skillet (sprayed with
nonstick spray) on medium heat, let it sit
until bottom is set then gently flip and
