ea- ingredients: * 402z steak of choice (I typically get sirloin when trying to save cals, or ribeye when | want lots of flavor) ¢ salt, pepper, or favorite steak seasoning ¢ OPTIONAL: can marinate in a bowl with a splash of soy sauce, 1/4 cup Italian dressing, 1 TBS minced garlic, drizzle of honey, salt/pepper (I've let mine marinate as little as 15 minutes, or if you have time can let it marinate in fridge for several hours/overnight) SINMOOWA: macros (per 4 02) (approximate) vere, directions: «+. Make sure steak is thawed and patted dry Season both sides generously with salt/pepper or steak seasoning Preheat air fryer to 400 and cook for 5 minutes (with nothing in it, this gets it hot). After preheating, add steak, cook for 6-8 min. flip, then cook another 6-8 min depending on thickness and how done you like yours. (I typically do 6 min. each side for medium rare) Let steak rest on a cutting board for a couple minutes before slicing (if the juices run out, | pour them back onto the steak after slicing). *If you don't have access to air fryer, you can cook these in a skillet the same way (medium high heat), let them sit until underside is seared, then flip and continue cooking until golden brown.
