SSEESESESEEESESESESSEESSSSESES CHICKEN BACON RANCH BUBBLE UPS ingredients: ¢ 1/2 cup greek yogurt * 1/3 cup self rising flour * 1/2 tsp garlic + italian ¢ 2 TBS alfredo sauce of choice ° 1/4 cup skim mozzarella ¢ 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins 1TBS bacon bits 1 tsp ranch of choice *recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* STO: ae : macros (per serving) a (approximate) In a small bowl mix together greek yogurt, flour, and garlic until a dough forms. If your dough seems too dry, you can add a bit more greek yogurt until the dough is “spreadable” spread this into a greased glass tupperware or small baking dish spread 2-3 TBS alfredo sauce on top of dough as your sauce prepare chicken by seasoning both sides, then air fry 400F for 5 minutes, each side Top with shredded cheese, bacon or other toppings of choice bake on bottom rack of oven, 400F for 20 minutes or until done, drizzle with ranch before eating store in fridge for about 5 days or freeze to keep longer. | reheat in microwave! 44 | GO HOME
