CHEDDAR BAY BUBBLE UP BOWLS ingredients: * 2chicken boneless skinless chicken tenderloins 1/4 cup cream of chicken 1/4 cup Greek yogurt mixed veggies (peas, carrots) 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning 1 garlic herb laughing cow cheese Cheddar Biscuit Topping: * 2 TBS cheddar bay biscuit mix * 1 TBS shredded cheese ¢ 1TBS water Optional: 1/2 TBS melted butter 1/4 tsp garlic seasoning packet (from box) “recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs” INQO WA: Calories: 373 Fat: 14g Protein: 36g L Carbs: 27g (approximate) prepare chicken by seasoning both sides, then air fry 400F for 5 minutes, each side, shred/dice and add to small glass tupperware or baking dish add laughing cow cheese, cream of chicken, greek yogurt, sauteed veggies, seasoning then mix in a small bowl, mix together biscuit mix, cheese, and water, stir with a fork until you have a crumbly dough, gently press this on top of your casserole bake 425F for 15-20 minutes using the garlic seasoning packet included in biscuit mix, add 1/4 tsp to about 1/2 TBS melted butter, then brush this over the top store in fridge for about 5 days or freeze to keep longer. | reheat in microwave! 45 | GO HOME
