CHEESY TACO
RICE BAKES
ingredients:
* 1/4 cup rice
* 1/3 cup water directions: .
* 1/2 tsp tomato bouillon (Knorr)
* 2-37TBS cream of chicken Prepare taco meat, | brown mine in
a skillet and add a taco seasoning
* 1/2 cup taco meat
packet and splash of water or salsa
* optional toppings: white queso,
greek yogurt, pico, gauc, etc! In a small glass tupperware or
baking dish, add rice, water, tomato
bouillon, and cream of chicken
soup, mix gently
Stir in 1/2 cup of your cooked taco
meat. Cover with foil and bake 375
for 20-25 minutes
*recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4
at a time) if following suggested servings,
