* 1/2 cup cooked italian turkey
sausage (or lean beef)
* 1/2 cup marinara sauce
* optional veggie of choice (spinach,
peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, etc)
¢ 2TBS skim mozzarella
¢ 4jumbo shells, cooked
Filling:
* 1/2 cup cottage cheese or greek
yogurt
¢ 2TBS parmesan
1/2 tsp italian, garlic
“recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at
a time) if following suggested servings,
modify amounts to fit your needs

Brown ground turkey sausage or lean
beef in a skillet until brown, season with
seasonings of choice then mix with
marinara sauce
Prepare green veggie of choice and cook
pasta according to package directions
Mix together filling ingredients and gently
spoon this evenly into 4 jumbo shells
Assemble bow!/tupperware in this order:
-stuffed shells
-optional green veggie
-meat sauce
-shredded cheese
*if eating leftover, store in air tight
containers and microwave to reheat
