broccoli, spinach, or zucchini here
2 1/4 cup garlic alfredo sauce of

* 2 TBS cottage cheese (blended) or
greek yogurt Assemble bow!/tupperware in this order:
-1/2 cup cooked pasta

-alfredo sauce
-cottage cheese/greek yogurt
