ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken
tenderloins
l cup cooked rice of choice
1 frozen steamer pack cauliflower rice
* legg Prepare instant rice and cauli rice according
to package directions, then mix together
* frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots)
Prepare chicken by dicing into bite sized
FRIED RICE SAUCE: pieces and season both sides with seasoning
+ 1/4 cup teriyaki salt, pepper, garlic, paprika. Air fry on 400, 3-4

BANG BANG SAUCE:
Ā¢ 27BS sriracha mayo In a skillet on medium heat, mist with oil then

Ā¢ splash of soy sauce but not mushy. Add egg to this and scramble
Ā¢ pinch of red pepper flakes and push to the side of your pan so you can
add rice mixture. Add fried rice sauce and
toss until combined.
Assemble 3 bowls/tupperware in this order:
-fried rice divide evenly amongst bowls
SMQOIA: -chicken chunks, divided evenly amongst
bowls
: -bang bang sauce
macros (per serving) -squeeze of lime, optional crispy wonton
ie strips
*if eating leftover, store in air tight containers
and microwave to reheat before eating*
