RAMEN BOWLS
ingredients:
* 2 boneless skinless chicken
tenderloins
* 1/2 package of ramen (noodles only)
or noodle of choice
SAUCE
* 1-2 TBS teriyaki sauce
* 1TBS low sodium soy sauce
« 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon, garlic, ginger,
red pepper flakes
¢ optional tsp peanut butter
* carrot (| peel mine with a peeler to
make ribbons) or any veggie you like
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:
soft boiled egg, green onions, scallions,
siracha, yum yum sauce, etc.

time) if following slogested servings, modify
amounts to fit your needs*

Season both sides of your thawed chicken
tenderloin with seasonings of choice and
air fry 400F for 5 minutes, flip, 5 more
minutes.
In a microwave safe bowl or dish, add half
package of ramen noodles and cover with
water (or bone broth). Microwave for
about 3 minutes or until noodles are
*almost* done, not completely soft.
Drain most of the water then add all sauce
ingredients and stir.
Top with sliced chicken and other toppings
of choice.
Soft boiled egg: air fry 275F for 11-12
minutes then transfer to ice cold water
before peeling
*if eating leftover, store in air tight
containers and microwave to reheat
before eating*
