ee ee ee ee eS ee ingredients: * 2 TBS queso (I like Panchos) * 1/2 cup (blended) cottage cheese * 1/2 tsp taco seasoning ¢ 1/2 cup lower cal chorizo (I like Morningstar) ¢ 2 TBS shredded cheese ¢ tortilla chips, quest chips, sliced veggies for dipping *recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* SNMAD WA: macros (per serving) (approximate) Prepare chorizo of choice, | like using morning star chorizo for this, it’s low cal and tastes great! Add all ingredients to small bowl or tupperware (except cheese which goes on top) Mix well then add shredded cheese Microwave for 1-2 min (or bake) until hot and melty. | like to eat this with a bag of taco Quest chips or a mindful serving of tortilla chips and sliced veggies! *if eating leftover, store in air tight containers and microwave to reheat before eating* gg | GO HOME
