ss Ba ie Be Bes De: eS Be PHILLY CHEESE DIP ~~ ingredients: ° 1/2 cup cooked lean beef (approx 3-4 02) ¢ 1 pepperjack laughing cow cheese * sauteed diced green pepper, onion, mushroom ¢ 1/2 cup (blended) cottage cheese or greek yogurt ¢ 1/4 tsp au jus + cajun seasoning *¢ 2TBS skim mozzarella or pepperjack cheese * sliced baby bell peppers and/or pita chips for dipping *recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* SNOOIWA: Calories: 325 Fat: 16g Protein: 39g (approximate) Prepare ground beef and veggies by sautéing in a skillet until meat is browned and veggies are soft Add all ingredients to small bowl or tupperware (except cheese which goes on top) Mix well then add shredded cheese Microwave for 1-2 min (or bake) until hot and melty, top with a sprinkle of crushed croutons if preferred. | like to eat this with a mindful serving of pita thins and sliced veggies! *if eating leftover, store in air tight containers and microwave to reheat before eating* 90 conn |
