BACON CHEESEBURGER CUPS vat ingredients: + 1/2 Ib lean beef * I cups frozen shredded hashbrowns * 1/2 cup egg beaters * 1/2 cup shredded cheese * 1/2 tsp burger seasoning * 1/4 cup bacon bits * optional caramelized onion BURGER SAUCE * 2 TBS light mayo Ā¢ 1TBS ketchup Ā¢ 1 tsp mustard * chopped pickle or relish to taste SNMAD WA: macros (per serving) (approximate) Prepare lean beef (and caramelized onion if using) by browning in a skillet until onions are soft and meat is done, sprinkle a little bit of au jus seasoning mixture over meat along with a splash of water and toss to combine Let meat cool a bit before adding to a large bowl along with frozen shredded hashbrowns, egg beaters, cheese, seasoning, stir to combine Divide this mixture evenly amongst a greased cupcake pan, sprinkle with bacon bits Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes or until set Serve with burger sauce and other sides of choice!
