CRAZY PUFFS
ingredients:
¢ 1/3 cup SELF-RISING flour
e 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (or oo fig
blended cottage cheese) “2, directions: %

¢ 1 tsp italian seasoning +
garlic
¢ 1-2 BS pizza sauce per puff In a small bowl mix together flour,
greek yogurt, and seasonings until a
dough forms. If your dough seems
too dry, you can add a bit more
¢ pizza toppings of choice, | like greek yogurt until the dough is
turkey pepperonis and turkey “spreadable”
italian sausage
¢ 2-3 TBS skim mozzarella per
puff, shredded
Spread this into the bottom of a
greased muffin tin, dividing dough
evenly amongst each spot (filling
each about half full and pressing to
mold into a cup shape) should have
enough to make 8-10 “puffs”
