SOUTHERN BUTTER
CHICKEN

ingredients:
Ā¢ 8 boneless skinless chicken
tenderloins
* salt, pepper, garlic, paprika to taste
e 3 TBS butter, melted
Ā¢ 1/4 cup italian panko (or flour)
* 1/2.can (12 0z) evaporated milk
* 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
Ā¢ 2 TBS parmesan cheese

In a 9x13 baking dish, add melted butter
Pour about % cup of the evaporated
milk into a small dish, dip seasoned
chicken in this, and then dip into panko
(or flour), coating both sides
Add chicken to baking dish on top of
melted butter
Bake on 425 for 15 minutes. While this is
cooking, in a small bowl mix together
the remainder of your evaporated milk
and half the can of cream of chicken,
whisk until smooth
After the 15 minutes, flip your chicken
and add creamy mixture on top and
sprinkle with parmesan. Continue
baking for 15 more minutes or until
bubbly and golden brown
