ingredients:
* 2 cups cooked/shredded chicken
¢ ljar alfredo sauce
* 1/4 cup blended cottage cheese
* 1 cup cooked/chopped broccoli
* 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
¢ 1 pkg crescent rolls
¢ optional, extra chicken to put
inside rolls
* 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, garlic
powder, parmesan

Prepare chicken of choice (rotisserie
works great here) then add toa large
skillet along with the alfredo sauce,
cottage cheese, and broccoli
Stir until smooth then add to a 9x13
casserole dish, followed by shredded
mozzarella
Prepare crescents by lying each ona
flat surface and spreading with
blended cottage cheese (about 1 TBS
each), and optional extra chicken for a
bit more protein, sprinkle with
seasonings listed then roll up into
crescent rolls. Add these on top of
sauce mixture
Bake 350 for 25-30 min
