BBQ CHICKEN

* 5 lowcarb hot dog buns (I like
Healthy Life brand
* 8 boneless skinless chicken
tenderloins
* 1/4 cup or more BBQ sauce
You can either air fry chicken then shred
* 1TBS brown sugar (or 0 cal
substitute) and toss in BBQ sauce + brown sugar OR
add ingredients to crockpot and cook on
Β’ 3 TBS nacho cheese thinned with a high for 3-4 hours or low for 4-5 until
splash of skim milk tender. If cooking in crockpot | also like to
add a splash of soy sauce and BBQ
Β’ 1/4 cup shredded colby jack seasoning
Cut 5 hot dog buns into thirds (each bun
will give you 3 even pieces) or feel free to
use any slider bun you like, place these
in an 8x8 baking dish
Divide shredded BBQ chicken evenly
amongst buns
SIMOQOVWA: Heat nacho cheese with a splash of skim
milk, stir until smooth then drizzle oven
