Prepare both the instant mashed
potatoes and cauliflower rice
* 3 TBS parmesan garlic sauce according to package directions,
then mix together with greek yogurt
and seasonings and spread into the
bottom of an 8x8 baking dish
* 2-3 cups shredded chicken
* 2TBS skim milk
¢ 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
¢ 3-4 TBS bacon bits For the chicken you can use the
meat from 1 rotisserie chicken here,
or prepare your own by air
frying/baking/sautéing, then shred
over the top of potato layer
Thin your parmesan garlic sauce
with a splash of milk and drizzle over
SIMOQOVWA: the top of your chicken
Finish by sprinkling cheese and
