Sauté veggies until they begin to soften/brown. If they begin to brown too quickly, turn heat down and add a splash of liquid (you can use a splash of water, broth, or soy sauce). Stir and repeat if needed. Continue to cook until veggies are very soft and deep golden brown colored. You can add a lid to help speed the process up a bit. Once they are soft, add minced garlic, salt/pepper. Stir, then remove from heat. These are great alone as a side, or add them to your meals for extra flavor/volume! } | | | ] | j SS |
