BASHIR AASIAAAAAAAAAASEAAAES SSS BREAKFAST CASSEROLE BOWLS ingredients: 2 slices low cal bread (I like Sara Lee 45 calorie) 1/4 cup egg whites/beaters 1/4 cup skim milk 1 turkey sausage patty/turkey bacon (or meat of choice) 3 TBS shredded cheese salt + pepper β€œrecipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* Calories: 374 Fat: 14g Protein: 35g - Carbs: 33g (approximate) Cube your bread into bite sized chunks, place in a small glass meal prep container or any small casserole dish will do (spray with nonstick spray) In a small bowl, mix together your milk and liquid egg whites, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over bread cubes, let these sit for 5 or so minutes to soak up the liquid a little sprinkle with crumbled turkey sausage/bacon bits, and shredded cheese bake 375 F for 20-25 min, store in fridge for about 5 days or freeze to keep longer. | reheat in microwave! 19 | GOHOME
