AMAAAAAAAGASEEEESEASSEESSEAAS BREAKFAST TOSTADA BOWL ve in ingredients: * 1/2 cup frozen diced hashbrowns * 1/4 cup egg whites (egg beaters) * legg + 1/4 tsp salt, pepper ¢ 2slices turkey bacon (or bacon bits, turkey sausage, etc) * optional veggies like pico, sautéed peppers, onion, spinach, etc. « 1-2 TBS shredded cheese * | tostada shell * fresh salsa (or hot sauce) for serving *recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* IMQOWA: Calories: 278 ; Fat: 12 1 Protein: 24 ' Carbs: 19 & (approximate) Prepare hashbrowns by air frying 400F for 10 minutes, shake, 10-15 more minutes until crisp add to a glass/microwave safe bow! or tupperware container. Mix together egg whites with real egg and pour over hashbrowns. Followed by breakfast meat of choice and veggies if adding. Sprinkle cheese on top microwave to heat when ready to eat and serve your mixture on a tostada with fresh salsa on top store in fridge for about 5 days or freeze to keep longer. | reheat in microwave!
