Protein Pancakes:
e 3 TBS pancake mix
¢ 3 TBS protein powder (I like this)
e 1/3 cup protein shake (or milk)
(Premier frozen pancakes are good
if you're in a rush)
e 1egg + 1/4 cup egg beaters (egg
whites)
e 1TBS shredded cheese
e 1 turkey sausage patty, crumbled
e 1 TBS bacon bits (or turkey bacon,
crumbled)
e pancake syrup of choice

Mix protein pancake ingredients until
pancake batter consistency, try not to
overmix, lumps are fine!
cook in a skillet or mini griddle, then cut
pancakes into a small triangles and place
in the bottom of your tupperware or bowl
prepare eggs by scrambling in a skillet
then adding on top of your pancake
pieces.
follow with cooked/crumbled turkey
sausage and bacon, then sprinkle with
cheese
store in fridge for about 5-6 days or
freeze to keep longer. | reheat in
microwave + drizzle with sugar free
pancake syrup!
