BUSY GIRL
BREAKFAST BOX
ingredients:
* 2 protein pancakes (| like the
Premier protein pancakes
when I’m in a rush!)
* legg + 1/4 cup egg whites
e 2 turkey sausage links or
bacon
¢ sliced fruit, berries
* optional mix-ins like mini
chocolate chips + sugar free
pancake syrup
“recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at
a time) if following suggested servings,
modify amounts to fit your needs*

Prepare protein pancakes and cut
up into smaller triangles, add these
to a section in your meal prep
container. | like to add a sprinkle of
mini chocolate chips and a small
container of sugar free pancake
syrup for dipping
| mix 1 real egg and egg whites
together then scramble, season,
and add to second section of meal
prep container.
prepare turkey sausage or bacon to
your liking and add with eggs, | also
add a sprinkle of cheese over this,
optional.
serve with fruit, berries for freshness!
store in fridge for about 5 days or
freeze to keep longer. | reheat in
microwave!
