ingredients:
5 mini protein pancakes (I like
the Premier mini protein
pancakes when I'mina rush!)
* 1egg + 1/4 cup egg whites
directions:
¢ 1 TBS shredded cheese
Assemble container by layering one
section with mini protein pancakes
and sliced banana, | like to drizzle a
tsp of melted peanut butter on top
¢ 1-2 slices turkey bacon,
crumbled
¢ | single serve container low fat
greek yogurt of choice (vanilla or
banana) | mix 1 real egg and egg whites
together then scramble, season,
* | banana and add to second section of meal
prep container.
* optional toppings like melted
peanut butter or syrup prepare turkey bacon to your liking
and add with eggs, along with a
