AAAS SESSSSSAAAAS PEACH COBBLER PANCAKE BOWL rt tn ingredients: 3 TBS any pancake mix 3 TBS any protein powder (| like this) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup protein shake (or milk) 1 peach, peeled/diced optional crumble: ¢ 1/2 TBS melted butter * 17BS flour * 1TBS brown sugar (| use Swerve) optional cream cheese drizzle: ¢ 1TBS light cream cheese ¢ 1TBS sugar free pancake syrup “recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* macros do not include optional toppings Fat: 4g Protein: 33g (approximate) SAAAAAAAAAE AS SS ° 2 @ * * 2 Ad directions: In a small bowl or glass tupperware, mix together pancake mix, protein powder, cinnamon add protein shake (or milk), and stir gently until you reach a thick pancake batter consistency...try not to overmix, it's ok if your batter is lumpy! Gently fold in peach chunks or add on top. In a small bowl, mix together crumble ingredients with a fork until mixture looks like sandy crumbles, sprinkle this over bowl then microwave 1:30 or bake 350 for 12-15 minutes or until done enjoy with optional drizzle or pancake syrup!
