¢ 3 TBS any pancake mix
* 3 TBS any protein powder (| like this)
* 1/3 cup protein shake (or milk)
* 1/4 cup apple sauce
« handful of blueberries
* optional white chocolate chips
* optional blueberry syrup (Kodiak)
Optional drizzle:
¢ 1 TBS light cream cheese
¢ 1 TBS lemon or blueberry yogurt
¢ splash of protein shake to thin
“recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4
at a time) if following suggested servings,
modify amounts to fit your needs*

In a small bowl or glass tupperware,
mix together pancake mix, protein
powder
add apple sauce and protein shake
(or milk) and stir gently until you
reach a thick pancake batter
consistency...try not to overmix, it’s ok
if your batter is lumpy! Gently fold in
blueberries and/or white chips
microwave for 1:30 or until done
enjoy with optional drizzle or pancake
syrup! Feel free to add fun toppings
like a mindful sprinkle of white chips or
granola!
store in fridge for about 5 days or
freeze to keep longer. | reheat in
microwave!
