APPLE PIE

ingredients:
* 1/3 cup pancake mix
* 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1/4 cup egg whites
* 1/4 cup protein shake of choice
* 1/2 apple, finely diced
* brown sugar (| use 0
* cal swerve)
Optional Toppings:
* chopped nuts
* brown sugar/swerve
* 2-3 TBS vanilla greek yogurt thinned
with a splash of protein shake or milk
βrecipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at
a time) if following suggested servings,
modify amounts to fit your needs

In a small bowl mix together greek
yogurt, flour, cinnamon, egg whites,
and protein shake until a batter
forms. Try not to overmix, lumps
are fine!
spread this into a greased glass
tupperware or small baking dish,
add finely diced apple chunks and
a sprinkle of brown sugar (or 0 cal
option like swerve) on top.
bake on bottom rack of oven, 400F
for 20-25 minutes or until done
once cooled, add optional drizzle,
syrup, or other toppings of choice
store in fridge for about 5 days or
freeze to keep longer. | reheat in
microwave!
