SSEESESESEESESESESESSEESSSSESES BREAKFAST BISCUIT SAMMIES ingredients: ¢ 3/4 cup self-rising flour ¢ 1/2 cup + 1 TBS greek yogurt ¢ 6 turkey sausage patties * 3slices thin sliced cheese ¢ 3eggs + 1/2 cup egg whites/egg beaters “recipe is for 6 sandwiches, modify amounts to fit your needs* macros for biscuits only- 6 servings: 60 cal, 0 fat, 11 carb, 4 protein Se — -——- ee ee (approximate) , IS f J In a small bowl mix together greek yogurt and flour until a dough forms. If your dough seems too dry, you can add a bit more greek yogurt. If your dough seems too wet, you can add a pinch of flour. form dough into 6 equal sized mounds (like biscuits) place on a baking sheet and bake 375 for 20 minutes prepare eggs to your liking or mix eggs, egg whites, salt/pepper and add to a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake 375 for 10-15 minutes til set then use a round glass or cookie cutter to cut out 6 circles to each biscuit, add 1 egg patty, turkey sausage patty, 1/2 slice cheese wrap (I wrap in a paper towel, then foil so that | can easily unwrap and heat up in paper towel when i'm ready). store in fridge for about 5-6 days or freeze to keep longer. | reheat in microwave and serve with a higher protein side like a protein shake, greek yogurt, or scrambled eggs! 31 | GOHOME
