SEAESSESESSESSESESSESESSSSESSS GARLIC PARM LOADED FRIES rat ingredients: ¢ 2russet potatoes ¢ 6 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins 1/2 tsp paprika, seasoning salt, garlic, italian seasoning Garlic Butter Sauce (for chicken): e 1 TBS melted butter ¢ 1TBS parm ¢ 1tsp garlic ¢ 3 TBS garlic parm sauce thinned with 2 TBS skim milk (buffalo wild wings brand) ¢ sprinkle of parm * optional green veggie (I like zucchini or broccoli here) “recipe is for 3 bowls, modify amounts to fit your needs* JMADOA: | macros (per serving) (approximate) Slice potatoes into even fry shape (| like mine to be pretty thin). Mist with oil and season with salt/pepper. Air fry (or bake) on 400F for 10 min, shake, 10-15 more minutes or until crisp. Prepare chicken by cutting into bite sized chunks, toss in seasoning, then air fry 400F for 4 minutes, flip, 3-4 more min, then brush garlic butter sauce over Assemble 3 bowls/tupperware in this order: -Divide fries evenly amongst 3 bowls -Optional green veggie -Divide chicken chunks evenly -drizzle of garlic parm sauce -sprinkle of cheese *if eating leftover, store in air tight containers and microwave to reheat before eating* 46 | GOHOME
